The Raymond John Relief Fund
Our Mission:
"It is to provide relief and assistance to individuals facing the profound hardship of a loved one being diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer and requiring hospice care. We understand that time is precious, and once spent, it cannot be reclaimed. Therefore, our commitment is to encourage and support families to stay home with their loved ones during this critical time, ensuring they receive the care, comfort, and companionship they deserve. "
Services that will be provided once funding is available:

One-time grant/payment of Rental/Mortgage assistance of up to $1000 OR

One-time grant of up to $500 in utility fees (electricity, water, garbage, or Wi-Fi; to be distributed according to need)
FUNDING PERMITTED
(We will ask for proof of billing and account numbers, to get payment processed on our end. They will need to add us as a user in some cases for us to be authorized to make payment on their behalf.)
In addition to: - Gift cards/food voucher to local grocers for groceries of up to $100 a month (varied upon family size, while on Hospice Care)
- Gift cards to retail stores for purchase of life's necessities of up to a $100 a month (varied upon family size, while on Hospice Care)

Gas cards to assist with appointments related to diagnosis or patient outing to create memories of up to $100 a month (while on Hospice Care)
FUNDING PERMITTED
What you need to qualify for our program:
□ Patient has received treatment for cancer within the last two years
□ Patient must have stage 4 diagnosis by a medical provider
□ Patient is on hospice care in the Treasure Valley of Idaho
